Change! White House Asked Catholic University to Cover Jesus Sign For Obama Talk
Georgetown hides the name of Jesus during Obama speechOfficials at Georgetown University covered over a sign that displayed the name of Jesus, at the request of the White House, when President Obama spoke on the Catholic campus on April 14, CNSNews reports. A sign reading "IHS"-- a Greek reference to Jesus-- was covered "so as not to be seen out of context," a Georgetown spokesman told CNSNews. . . .

This is a perfect example of the direction of our new leadership. Do you think George B. would have sanctioned this kind of action, or even Bill C? It's time for the silent majority to wake up!
ReplyDeleteI agree Don. However, I believe it was a greater travesty for the University to have complied with this request. We can expect to see more of this as long as Catholic institutions are willing to deny their faith and give in to this nonsense. Maybe the Catholic silent majority needs to wake up and clean house in places like Georgetown, Notre Dame etc....
